Inadvertent or by design, today’s decisions affect futures. Lucas Sullivant was the founder of Franklinton, Ohio. He laid out its streets slightly askew of true north along the lay of the river. Across the river, Columbus streets mirror this counterintuitive grid. Ohio is the artist’s home state.
